Training on motivational literacy

The course has a 7-days duration, organized as follows:
lectures, creative workshops to discover Argentine tango,
flamenco, poetry, peer learning groups, sharing and
socialization groups. The course targets staff from school
and adult education institutions, letting them experience
on their skin original and innovative training methods and
tools, based on cultural heritage, to foster their well-being
and motivations, towards an educational experience
which may be richer and more inspired. The course venue
is the town of Ascoli Piceno in central eastern Italy.
 
Methodological approach

The training courses make available through a direct experience and in accessible ways, a
unique set of knowledge, from different disciplines and scientific fields, over the last decades,
both in relation to intellectual-cognitive as well as communicative and intellectual-relational
learning skills, favoring the construction and representation of an inner experience, which may
favor, besides the "contagion" of ideas, also the "contagion" of motivations. The contents are
offered through a "metaphorical system" taken from the languages of art (cinema, theater,
dance, creative writing, myths, etc.), based on their universal contents to develop creatively
and in ever original ways, the program of works and activitie.
 
Training on entrepreneurial creativity

The course has a 7-days duration, organized as follows:

experience on their skin how it is possible to shape
individual and choral creativity, in the diversity of its
expressions, learning hot to translate it in creative
initiatives and evente in the fields of culture, art, sport,
turismo. The course venue is the town of Ascoli Piceno
in central eastern Italy.
 
Course based on an original and innovative perspective

The acquired competences will support educational organizations, as actual mirrors of the
communities in which they operate, to be more permeable and responsive to social and
economic changes. The courses aim to equip the participants with conceptual, operational
and strategic tool-sets in which the fusion of opposites is possible, since it is possible to learn how
to play the white and black keys of a piano in harmony, for a critical thinking focused towards a
possible synthesis of internal or external conflicts and obstacles.
Training can indeed be seen as a journey; all those who are committed to transferring
knowledge and skills to other people make an inner journey. The development of new
sensibilities is necessary to embark on journeys and later come back to the place where the
journey began. The courses aim to ensure that the flavor of such an experience can be lived
directly by all the participants.
